ROLLED RYE FROM DEHULLED RYE, STEAMED AND ROLLED

Rolled Rye is traditionally dehulled rye, that has been steamed and rolled into flat flakes under heavy rollers. Prime Australian milling rye is a natural grain sourced from growers who have declared their crops to be free of genetically modified organisms.

RYE AROMA, MALTY-SWEET

Produced from malting quality rye. Lends biscuit-like, smooth, almost oily, (typical) rye component to finished beer.

Sensory: strong emphasis on typical rye aroma; malty-sweet; notes of bread and honey creating velvety soft mouthfeel
